The Lowdown

A man from deepest darkest Wales who’s been totally obsessed about Japan for many years now but which has only got worse since first going there on holiday in August 2006 (returned 4 times since then - March 2007 , December 2007, December 2008 and July 2009). I’ll be returning there again in April 2010. I love everything about the country – history, people, anime, manga, music, TV and movies. A big fan of the idol group AKB48 (I’m not a wota though!) especially the members Sayaka Akimoto, Takahashi Minami, Sae Miyazawa, Yuko Oshima and Shinoda Mariko. Also love listening to Namie Amuro, Koda Kumi, Perfume, Scandal, C-ute, Ayumi Hamasaki and Hikaru Utada. I vow that sometime in the future I’ll watch them live in concert. Most nights you’ll see me watching an Asian movie on the internet.

PS – And if you’re wondering where the title of the blog comes from it’s a phrase from Kamen Rider Kiva when one of the characters transform!
